Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GiveAway at https://yeniji.ishbul.org and the GiveAway mobile app (the “Service”), operated by Serdar. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GiveAway helps organizers run giveaways on their own Instagram and TikTok posts: it collects the post’s comments, removes duplicate entries, picks a random winner and produces a shareable result.

2. Accounts

You sign in with an Instagram business/creator account or a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your giveaways

• You are solely responsible for your giveaway: its rules, prizes, eligibility, delivering prizes and complying with applicable laws.
• You must follow Instagram’s and TikTok’s terms and promotion guidelines, including stating that the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or TikTok.
• You may only submit posts published by your connected account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to harass or deceive people, to manipulate results, to scrape data beyond the giveaway’s purpose, or to interfere with the Service or the platforms it connects to.

5. Winner selection

Winners are selected with a cryptographically secure random generator among eligible participants, as described on each results page. We do not guarantee that participant data provided by Instagram or TikTok is complete (for example, deleted or hidden comments are not available).

6. Fees

Giveaways up to the free participant limit shown in the Service are free. Larger giveaways require a one-time payment, shown before you pay and processed by our payment provider. Payments are non-refundable once a draw has been made, except where required by law or in case of a duplicate charge.

7. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on Instagram and TikTok APIs, which may change or become unavailable. GiveAway is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta or TikTok.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes between organizers and participants. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkmenistan.
